Coursepond lets you offer your students/employees a wide range of high-quality courses from reputable schools and course providers:

  1. Create an account on www.coursepond.ca.
  2. After you have created your account and it has been validated (within 24 hours), you will be able to see course prices and sell your own course seats.

Buying courses:

  1. Log into your validated account on www.coursepond.ca.
  2. Browse the wide range of courses from the Courses page on www.coursepond.ca. See Buying courses for details.
  3. Schools:
    • Decide on the courses you want to offer, and the price you want to charge for each seat.
    • Market these courses along with your other courses (on your website, in your brochures, via social media, etc).
    • As you sell seats to students, buy course seats online from the www.coursepond.ca site.
    Businesses:
  4. Assign course seats to individual students/employees.
  5. You can check on your own students' progress for the duration of the course. Students normally have ongoing access to the online classroom for up to one year after they start the course.
  6. Students can download a completion report from the online classroom upon successful completion of the course.

Selling courses:

  1. Log into your validated account on www.coursepond.ca.
  2. Go to the Seller dashboard and set up My Profile (your Seller profile).
  3. Set up course seats to sell to students from the Add Course option. You can edit your course information from here to add/delete courses and to make changes.
  4. Schools set their own prices for their course seats.
  5. You will be notified via email when an order has been placed for your course seats.
  6. Connect with the purchaser to ensure that their students get access to the online classroom.
  7. Schools keep the FTEs for their own courses, and are responsible for issuing certificates, grades, etc. for their own courses.
  8. Check your Order History for a list of orders for your course seats at any time.
  9. You will be paid at the end of each month for the seats that were purchased in your courses.
  10. Check My Payments for your Payment Summary and Transaction History.
